The Chi Lady was born in Tokyo, Japan and came to the United States in her 20’s. Today she is in her late 70’s and until recently was actively enjoying a full and healthy life. For most of her life she had exercised daily either with brisk walking or on her stationary bike at home. Some years ago she developed, arthritis and Diabetes coupled with high cholesterol. As time went on she had abandoned her walks and her bike because of the pain and replaced them with medication to control her conditions. She knew something was missing
